How it works
Brian Fleming M.A.R.H. M.B.I.H.B.S.C.H uses hypnotherapy to help
influence your subconscious mind and help you stop smoking. Hypnotherapy is a useful tool for breaking addictive cycles and getting the user back to a more healthy lifestyle.
Start your journey
Hypnotherapy can be a quick and effective method of reframing your thoughts. It has been proven to help people overcome addictions, phobias, anxieties and long-held habits that they want to be free from. We are here to lead you to better health.
In the longer term – your risk of a heart attack and lung cancer can come down to 50% less than that of a regular smoker.
In this state, your subconscious mind can be more susceptible to suggestion – this can be an incredibly effective way of reframing your thoughts and allowing you to break long held habits.
The first part is where we ask you about the nature of your problem and discuss how hypnotherapy works.
The second part will be where we ask you to relax and guide you into a hypnotic state where we can make suggestions to your subconscious mind.
You can find out more about our Hypnotherapy sessions on the service page.
However, the longer you have had the habit the more sessions you may need to fully benefit from the treatment. This will be unique to the individual and your practitioner will make a judgement based on your needs.
Hypnotherapist, Brian Fleming, offers one-on-one as well as group Stop Smoking sessions. Find out more about our Group/Corporate sessions here.
