Therapeutic Massage

Massage has been used throughout the centuries to treat pain, illness and relaxation.

Massage also has the capacity to strengthen resistance to disease, to regulate nerve function and flush out the tissues, thus improving circulation of blood and lymphatic drainage.  It tones muscles, reduces muscle spasm and alleviates problems with tendons. Massage is also recommended as a preventative treatment with many clients having weekly, fortnighly or monthly sessions to enhance wellbeing.
